1 Month Already!

I can't believe its already been a month! I've been pretty busy the last few weeks between doing studio projects, exploring Berlin on my own, going to the Baltic Sea/Poland, and seeing tons of Modern Buildings! It's only 2 weeks now till we leave for Dessau (City just below Berlin - a ton of famous modern architecture) and Prague where we will also look at the city but we're also going on a huge hike on the Czech/Poland border in the mountains!  Then right when we get back we'll have a week to do whatever we want.  I am planning on going to Italy with one or two other people for the week and checking out Venice and Rome!
Between now and then we apparently have some "midterm" reviews for studio, workshop, and seminar which will be annoying but I like the projects we have going so I'm hoping everything will turn out OK.
Everything is finally working right in both studio internet and cell phones, even though my minutes are low on the cell phone right now.  Ill keep everyone updated as I can! and Keep checking here and on Facebook for my pictures!

Finally Some More Modern and I Have Internet!

So in the last week we visited the Reichtag twice, once at night and once in the midmorning, which was a huge contrast to one another! We also visited the Chancelor's building, which is actually a strip of a few buildings.  There is one part of it I really really liked that I posted a picture of below.
Everything's been going good and I've been trying to not spend too much money to save for the trip in late October and our weekend trips we'll be able to do after October.
On a side note I finally got the internet work at the studio I have classes at over here.... it wasn't working since I got here for the Dell's and 1 HP and they kept saying "It's definitely your computer bla bla bla" and it turned out ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS RESET THE ROUTER!  Kind of annoying because they said they "already did that."  O well Im just glad I have it now.
Our studio and workshop classes are finally simmering down to working upto the final project so we don't have a set deadline anytime soon just need to work on it at our own pace which I'm glad they're letting us do.  German class is sometimes very boring and a little annoying that its right in the middle of the day (230-530).  It takes a lot out of ya sitting in a room for THAT long haha.  Despite that I have learned alot though so I guess its neutralizing out.  We only have 3 more weeks of it so that part I'm pretty excited about because we'll be able to go explore and see other things we've been looking forward to seeing.  I'll make sure to keep you updated more often now since I'll have a much better access to free internet!.

Update for the Last Week

So the last week we've been everywhere from seeing ultra modern buildings like the Armadillo to this WWII Church that they left beat up and built a modern tower church next to it, to the Reichstag which is like Germany's equivalent of the White House you could say.  It's been a nice week for weather as well where it's isn't too hot that you have to bundle up, but not to hot that you're sweating that bad either!
I have noticed that people and their dogs have a much better "understanding" than we do back home because I see people walking with there dogs right next to them with no leash and they follow perfectly no matter what's going on around them and just lay down outside of anywhere they go inside to.
I haven't been able to get online much because we havent been able to set the studio internet up for 4 of us because some how I (We) have never had any problem finding a network in the past we are "missing" something that will let us see the LexiaLexia! wireless internet.  Im hoping this issue will get solved THIS week.  I hate having to goto a cafe to get my internet and even though its very very cheap to do so I would love a FREE area to be able to go and talk to people on skype and just look stuff up without worry about someone stealing my identity and everything else.  I cut the pictures down a lot just because I didn't want to throw too many on here, there are more then plenty on my Facebook so feel free to browse them there.  Anyways here's the highlights of the last few days:

Schloss Charlottenburg!

This was the palace for the first few Kings and Queens of Prussia, yes -Prussia- before the nation became Germany.  Couldn't take any photos inside because of stupid rules but here's the best ones I could take:
